You must choose the gang, or gangs that you wish to send the message to, then you must type in the text of the message, and send it. To send a message to all gangs in Chi-Town, simply press the asterick (*), key, and enter the message you want to send. It will automatically be sent to all gangs. To send a message to one or more gangs, simply press the letter of the gang or gangs that you wish the message to go to. For example, to send a message to gang 'D' press the 'D' key, then ENTER. To send a message to gangs 'A', 'C', and '0', press 'A', 'C', and 'O' , then ENTER. Once you have selected the gang or gangs to send the message to, you can enter up to 17 lines of text.
